依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠的疗效评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)大鼠坐骨神经功能、醛糖还原酶(AR)活性、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及cAMP和cGMP含量的影响。方法给予动物灌胃给药,连续8周。观察DPN大鼠坐骨神经传导速度、坐骨神经AR活性、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及cAMP和cGMP含量的变化。结果依帕司他可以提高DPN大鼠坐骨神经传导速度,降低AR活性,提高Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,增加cAMP和cGMP含量。结论依帕司他对DPN大鼠周围神经功能有显著的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of epalrestat on peripheral nerve function and aldose reductase activity,Na+-K+-ATPase activity and the quantity containing cAMP,cGMP in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) rats.Methods The diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection were administered orally for 8 weeks.Effects of drugs on peripheral nerve function and aldose reductase activity,Na+-K+-ATPase activity the quantity containing cAMP,cGMP were observed.Results The nerve conduction velocity,Na+-K+-ATPase activity and the quantity containing cAMP,cGMP in epalrestat group were increased.On the other side,the aldose reductase activity was decreased.Conclusion Epalrestat can obviously protect the function of peripheral nerve in DPN rats.
