醒脑静对化脓性脑膜炎患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、C反应蛋白及乳酸脱氢酶的影响

Effects of Xingnaojing injection on TNF-α,NSE,CRP and LDH in patients with purulent meningitis

目的探讨醒脑静注射液对成人化脓性脑膜炎炎症细胞介质的影响。方法将80例化脓性脑膜炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予西医疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液。治疗2周后,比较2组脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等指标的变化。结果治疗后,治疗组TNF-α、NSE、CRP、LDH水平均显著低于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)低于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液能有效抑制成人化脓性脑膜炎患者炎症细胞介质的分泌,促进患者意识障碍的恢复,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effects of Xingnaojing injection on inflammatory cells in patients with purulent meningitis.Methods Eighty patients with purulent meningitis were divided randomly into two groups.Both groups were treated with western medicine.But the treatment group received additional Xingnaojing injection.TNF-α,NSE,CRP,and LDH,etc were determined in cerebrospinal fluid on the second week of the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of TNF-α,NSE,CRP,LDH and the improvement of Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS） in the treatment group were lower.The clinical curative effect was obviously higher in the treatment group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can effectively inhibit the expressions of inflammatory cells in patients with purulent meningitis,and promote the recovery of consciousness disorder in patients with clear curative effect.
