腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠患者血清VEGF、CK、PAPP-A、inhibin-A及应激指标的影响

Effect of laparoscopic surgery on VEGF,CK,PAPP-A,inhibin-A and stress indicators of patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠患者血清VEGF、CK、PAPP-A、inhibin-A及应激激素水平的影响。方法选取2011年9月—2013年3月于本院进行腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠患者82例。比较术前及术后24 h患者血清VEGF、CK、PAPP-A、inhibin-A水平,测量并比较术前、术中及术后24 h血清应激激素Cor、Rn、A-Ⅰ、A-Ⅱ、NE水平。结果与术前相比,术后24 h患者血清VEGF、CK、PAPP-A、inhibin-A水平均显著下降(P<0.05);与术前相比,术中应激激素Cor、Rn、A-Ⅰ、A-Ⅱ、NE水平均明显下降或上升(P<0.05),但术后24 h,所有指标均恢复到正常水平,与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术能有效降低异位妊娠患者血清VEGF、CK、PAPP-A、inhibin-A水平,但对患者的应激指标影响较小。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on the levels of VEGF,CK,PAPP-A,inhibin-A and stress indicators of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods Patients with ectopic pregnancy from September 2011 to March 2012 were included in this study,then the levels of VEGF,CK,PAPP-A,inhibin-A and stress indicator such as Cor,Rn,A-Ⅰ,A-Ⅱ,NE before,during and after the surgery were compared.Results The levels of VEGF,CK,PAPP-A,inhibin-A 24h after the surgery were all lower than those before the surgery（P〈0.05）.The levels of Cor,Rn,A-Ⅰ,A-Ⅱ,NE during the surgery were lower or higher than those before the surgery（P〈0.05）.24 h after the surgery,all stress indicators returned to normal levels and the differences were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery could effectively reduce the levels of VEGF,CK,PAPP-A,inhibin-A,and has less effect on stress indicators.
