利维爱联合替硝唑泡腾片治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效评价

Effect of lival combined with tinidazole effervescent tablets in treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探讨利维爱联合替硝唑泡腾片治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将128例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为对照组(n=62)与观察组(n=66)。对照组给予替硝唑泡腾片治疗,观察组给予利维爱联合替硝唑泡腾片。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组阴道脱落细胞成熟指数(MV)、阴道炎症状评分及阴道健康状况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)显著降低,雌二醇(E2)显著升高。结论利维爱联合替硝唑泡腾片治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect of lival combined with tinidazole effervescent tablets in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 128 senile patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into control group（n=62） and observation group（n=62）.The control group received tinidazole effervescent tablets,and the observation group received lival treatment.Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effectiveness rate in the observation group were much higher than that in the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,MV,vaginitis symptoms scores and vaginal condition in the observation group were superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,serum FSH notably decreased and E2 markedly increased in the observation group.Conclusion Lival combined with tinidazole effervescent tablets for senile vaginitis have good efficacy.
