参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其机制探讨

Clinical effects and mechanism of Shenxiong glucose injection for unstable angina pectoris

目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。2组均给予控制血压、血糖、抗血小板治疗,并给予硝酸酯类药物扩冠。治疗组在以上治疗基础上同时给予参芎葡萄糖注射液。评价2组的临床疗效;观察2组治疗前后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP))水平、脂代谢指标变化;治疗前后对患者进行西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)评分。结果 2组临床总有效率无显著差异。2组治疗后血清hs CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,对照组治疗后血清hs CRP水平明显高于治疗组。2组治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL C)水平均明显低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白(HDL C)水平均明显高于治疗前。治疗组治疗后TG、CHO、LDL C水平明显低于对照组,HDL C水平明显高于对照组。2组治疗后SAQ评分均明显增加,治疗组治疗后SAQ评分明显高于对照组。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,治疗机制与降低炎症因子、改善脂代谢障碍有关。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris （UAP）.Methods Sixty patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Blood pressure,blood glucose and platelet were controlled and nitrates were applied to enlarge the coronary arteries in both groups.In addition,the treatment group was added with Shenxiong glucose injection.The clinical effects of two groups were evaluated,changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）level and lipid metabolism indexes were observed before and after treatment,and Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） score was made before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups regarding the total effectiveness rate.After treatment,hs-CRP levels in the two groups were remarkably lower,and that in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group.The levels of triglyceride （TG）,total cholesterol （CHO）and low density lipoprotein （LDI-C） after treatment were notably lower in both groups,while high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） level was markedly higher.The levels of TG,CHO and LDL-C in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group,while HDL -C level significantly higher than the control group.SAQ scores in both groups increased,while the treatment group was higher.Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection has remarkable therapeutic effects in treating UAP,and its mechanism is in relation with reduction of inflammatory factors and amelioration of lipid metabolism.
