重症缺血性脑卒中患者早期肠内营养支持 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨重症缺血性脑卒中患者接受早期肠内营养支持对其营养状况及预后的影响。方法选取经本院诊断的重症缺血性脑卒中患者90例,按照完全随机的原则分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=40)。2组均给予基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上再给予肠内营养支持治疗。比较2组患者血液中各蛋白含量变化及不良反应。结果治疗前,2组患者ALB、Hb和IgA等含量无显著差异;经过一段时间的治疗后,治疗组上述指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为26%,显著高于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期肠内营养支持疗法能增强患者的营养摄入,将机体组织器官受到的伤害降低到最低水平,减少并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate early enteral nutrition support therapy on severe acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patient's nutritional status and prognosis of complications.Methods Ninety cases of severe ischemic stroke patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,50 cases in treatment group and 40 in the control group.They both were given fundamental treatment.The treatment group was given extra enteral nutrition supportive of treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of protein change in patents' blood and side effects.Results Before treatment,there was no marked difference between the two groups in ALB,Hb and IgA.After some time of treatment,the above indicators of the treatment group were all the higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).The incidence rate of side effects was 26%,markedly higher than that of the control group,the incidence rate of which is 60 %,with statistical significance (P < 0.01).Conclusion Early enteral nutritional support can increase patients'intake of nutrition,which may help reduce damage to bodily organs to the least,and thus reduce occurrence of complications.This therapy of enteral nutritional support is worth popularizing.
