早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪和康复护理依从性的影响

Early emotional care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction negative emotions and rehabilitation care compliance

目的探讨早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪和康复护理依从性的影响。方法选择于本院就诊并被诊断为脑梗死的老年患者88例,严格按照随机化的原则将其分为对照组44例和干预组44例,对照组采用一般护理,干预组在对照组的基础上采用情志护理,对比2组的疗效。结果护理前2组患者的抑郁和焦虑评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1个月后,干预组患者的抑郁和焦虑评分均有下降,且与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组康复护理依从性的比例为52.27%,干预组为85.23%,干预组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期情志护理能显著减少老年脑梗死患者的负性情绪,提高其康复护理依从性,值得在临床进一步应用。

Objective To investigate the negative emotions of early emotional care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and rehabilitation care compliance.Methods Eighty-eight cases elderly patients who were diagnosed with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group of 44 cases and intervention group of 44 patients.All patients in the control group received general care,and the intervention group was given extra emotional care besides the general care.The two groups were compared.Results Before care was given,the two groups had no statistical significance in terms of depression and anxiety scores （P ＞0.05）.One month after the intervention group patients received care,their depression and anxiety scores decreased compared with the control group,and the difference showed statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.The rehabilitation care compliance ratio of the control group was 5 2.2 7 ％,while the intervention group was 85.23％.The intervention group was markedly higher than that in the control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Early emotional care can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction in the elderly,improve rehabilitative care compliance,worthy of further clinical application.
