心理护理对生物信息红外肝病治疗仪治疗肝病患者的生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on life quality of liver diseases patients treated with biological information infrared liver disease therapy instrument

目的探讨心理护理在生物信息红外(BILT)肝病治疗仪治疗乙肝中的应用效果。方法将60例采用BILT肝病治疗仪治疗的乙肝患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理,比较2组的治疗效果及生活质量。结果观察组治疗1个月后的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的遵医行为显著好于对照组,自我效能感评分显著高于对照组,治疗1个月时的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理有利于提高BILT肝病治疗仪治疗乙肝的效果,并能显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective to investigate the application effect of psychologicalnursing of hepatitis B patients treated with the biological information infrared （BILT） liver disease therapy instrument.Methods Sixty hepatitis B patients treated with BILT liver disease therapy instrument were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given strengthened psychological nursing besides what was given to the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment effect and life quality.Results Alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and total bilirubin （TBIL） 1 month after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Compliance behavior in the observation group was significantly better,self-efficacy scores markedly higher,life quality score markedly higher （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing can help improve the effect of BILT liver disease therapy instrument for treating hepatitis B,and improve life quality of patients.
