术前访视临床护理路径对手术室患者手术应激的影响

Effect of clinical nursing path in preoperative interview on patients with operation stress

目的探讨术前访视临床护理路径在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法将100例手术患者按照术前访视方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组采用临床护理路径进行术前访视,比较2组患者的访视效果。结果观察组术前的积极应对评分显著高于对照组,消极应对评分则显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前1 h的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,心率、收缩压、舒张压也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在术前访视中的应用改变了患者术前的应对方式,降低了术前手术应激,有效确保了手术的安全性。

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in preoperative interview on patients with operation stress.Methods One hundred operation patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the different preoperative interview modes.The control group received routine preoperative interview,while the observation group received clinical nursing path in preoperative interview.The interview effects of the two groups were compared.Results The preoperative positive coping scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the negative coping scores were significantly lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Anxiety and depression scores 1 h before operation were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The heart rate,systolic pressure,and diastolic pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path in preoperative interview changes the coping method of patients before operation,reduces operation stress,and ensures the safety of the operation effectively.
