食管带膜支架置入治疗食管癌恶性狭窄的临床应用

Clinical application of esophageal stent placement in the treatment of esophageal cancer caused by malignant stricture

目的评价食管带膜支架植入术在治疗食管癌恶性狭窄的临床疗效。方法 2009年1月—2013年1月我院55例食管癌致恶性狭窄患者在X线监视下行经口置入食管带膜支架,观察手术效果与患者症状改善情况。结果 55例全部一次性完成支架植入术,共置入支架64枚,手术成功率100%,术后患者临床症状消失或明显好转,吞咽困难症状较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管带膜支架置入术是治疗食管癌致恶性狭窄是一种非常有效、简便易行的方法,能明显改善患者的营养状况,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the esophageal stent implantation in the treatment of malignant stricture caused by esophageal cancer.Methods From January 2009to January 2013,55 esophageal cancer cases with malignant stenosis in the X-ray monitor downstream through the mouth into the esophagus stent were observed.The effect of surgery and the patient＇s symptoms improvement were observed.Results Fifty-five patients were all given one-time completion of stent implantation with a total of 64 stents,surgical success rate being 100％.The postoperative clinical symptoms disappeared or significantly improved,which significantly improved dysphagia compared with before treatment with a statistically significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The esophagus stent implantation treatment of malignant stricture caused by esophageal cancer is a very effective,simple method,which can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
