儿童哮喘急性发作期血清C反应蛋白水平的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨儿童哮喘急性发作期的血清C反应蛋白水平及其临床意义。方法将2009年3月—2011年3月在本院儿科就诊的哮喘急性发作期患儿130例随机分为A组(n=68)和B组(n=62)。A组患儿行血清C反应蛋白水平监测,将其作为抗生素使用的依据;B组不行血清C反应蛋白监测,根据WBC计数与体格检查等情况使用抗生素。比较A、B组使用抗生素情况与临床治疗转归情况。结果 A、B组患儿治疗转归无差异,而抗生素使用率分别为25.0%和43.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童哮喘急性发作期监测血清C反应蛋白水平,可作为指导抗生素使用的一个重要参考指标。
