晨间护理质量评分表管理模式在护理管理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析利用护理质量评分表管理模式后晨间护理的临床效果,以期提高护理质量,加强护理水平。方法将本院2011年4月—2012年4月收治的472位患者作为研究对象,并平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组将晨间护理质量评分表管理模式运用于护理管理中,而对照组则采取常规护理模式进行护理。实验结束之后,收集患者及其家属和护理人员对于护理工作的满意度情况,比较2组的差异。结果实验组自评满意度为84.56%,他评满意度为76.34%,患者满意度为54.38,平均满意度为60.17%,显著高于对照组的平均满意度54.32%。结论将晨间护理质量评分表管理模式运用到晨间护理管理活动中,能有效提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of morning nursing quality score management model,improve the quality of nursing,and enhance the nursing level.Methods Four hundred and seventy-two patients hospitalized from April 2011 to April 2012 were selected as study objects,and were divided into two groups with the proportion of one to one,the experiment group and control group.The experiment group received morning nursing quality score management model in dursing management,while the control group received routine nursing model.After the experiment,patients' and their families' satisfactoriness for nursing staff' nursing work was collected and the difference in satisfactoriness was compared between the two groups.Results Self-evaluation satisfaction of the experiment group was 84.56 %,others' assessment of satisfactoriness was 76.34 %,patients' satisfactoriness was 54.38 %,and the average degree of satisfactoriness was 60.17 %,much higher than the average satisfactoriness of the control group.Conclusion The application of morning nursing quality score management model to morning nursing management activity can effectively improve the quality of care and patients' satisfactoriness.It is worthy of promotion.
