优质护理理念在剖宫产产妇产后恢复中的效果观察

Effect of high quality nursing concept in the postpartum recovery of puerperants with ceasarean section

目的探讨优质护理理念在剖宫产产妇产后恢复中的效果。方法选取2012年4—12月于本院进行剖宫产的86例产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(优质护理干预),每组43例。比较2组排气时间、初乳时间、恶露排尽时间及干预前后的HAD、BSES量表评估结果。结果观察组排气时间、初乳时间、恶露排尽时间均明显优于对照组,干预后的HAD、BSES量表评估结果也显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理理念在促进剖宫产产妇产后恢复中发挥着积极的作用,对于产妇的身心康复均有较佳的改善作用。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing concept in the postpartum recovery of puerperants with ceasarean section.Methods Eighty-six puerperants with ceasarean section in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing intervention group,n =43） and observation group（nursing intervention guided by high quality nursing concept group,n =43）.Then the flatulence time,colostrum time,lochia discharge time and HAD score,BSES score before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared.Results The flatulence time,colostrum time and lochia discharge time of the observation group were all obviously better than those of control group,HAD score and BSES score after the intervention were significantly better too,the differences having statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing concept plays an active role in promoting the postpartum recovery of puerperants with ceasarean section,and it both has better improving effect in improving the physical and mental rehabilitation of puerperants.
