零售业跨渠道整合难点研究 被引量:2

摘要 在我国零售行业销售渠道正发生格局性改变的背景下提出了跨渠道零售战略这一新概念。该概念指的是零售企业在设立两个或两个以上的营销渠道时,通过充分的渠道整合使企业重建一个具有多种渠道聚合效应的渠道模式,具有革新性和冲击性两个特点。而在跨渠道整合时,难点集中于零售企业的供应链信息共享、顾客管理、营销组合要素协同和业务组织重构等几个方面。
