1990年华北大面积污闪事故分析与对策

Analysis and Preventive Countertneasures of Large Area Pollution Flashover Failure in North China

根据1990年华北大面积污闪事故的调查结果,本文叙述了此次污闪事故的概况,分析了事故发生的主要特点和原因,并且针对运行中反映出来的问题,对今后的防污工作提出了一些看法和建议。

This paper is a brief presentation of the investigation on large area pollution flashover failures occurring in North China in 1990. The main causes and features of the failures are analyzed. Countermeasures against this kind of failure are also proposed, aiming at the problems reflected in field service.
