铟掺杂TiO_2/MWCNTs复合光催化剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法结合超临界流体干燥技术(SCFD)制备In-TiO2/MWCNTs催化剂,以甲基橙(MO)为目标降解物考察其光催化活性,并采用XRD、TEM、SEM和UV-Vis等手段对催化剂的晶型结构和光学性质进行分析表征。结果表明,经超临界干燥技术制得的二氧化钛晶型为锐钛矿型,晶粒尺寸约为13nm,晶粒为四方形,In的掺杂使TiO2带隙能减小,在一定程度上提高了复合材料对可见光的吸收。当碳纳米管含量为3.0%,In含量为2.0%(质量分数)时,催化剂光催化活性最高,降解3h后甲基橙降解率达100%,TOC去除率为72.5%。 In-TiO2/MWCNTs nanocomposite photocatalysts were composed with TiCh and MWCNTs as pre- cursor by the preparation method of sol-gel and super critical fluid drying method. The structure,morphology, elemen- tal composition and catalytic activity of the composite were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM and UV-Vis. The results show that anatase type TiO2 were formed with uniform size, the average grain diameter was 13 nm, crystal grains were cubes. The photon excited wavelength of In-TiO2/MWCNTs films moved to the visible light. The photocatalytic activi- ty was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of the concentration loss of MO. The photocatalyst degradation rate of MO was 100%,the degradation rate of TOC was 72. 5% when the content of In was 2. 0% and the MWCNTs was 3. 0%.
