Synthesis and Characterization of Polyaniline Membrane

摘要 以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为活性剂和掺杂剂,以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,通过乳液聚合的化学合成方法制备聚苯胺(PANI)乳液;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅氏转换红外线光谱分析仪(FTIR)等对聚苯胺复合膜进行表征。研究发现:聚苯胺颗粒均匀地分散在聚乙烯醇基体上,DBSA用量对聚苯胺膜的导电性及电致变色行为产生影响。常温条件下,当n(DBSA)/n(AN)=1.03时,聚苯胺的电导率可达1.28S/cm,此时电致变色效果最佳。 Dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid as an active agent and a dopant, ammonium persulfate as an oxidant, polyaniline/polyvinyl alcohol emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The polyaniline composite membrane was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ultra vio- let-visible (UV-Vis) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The experimental results show that the PANI particles can be dis- persed evenly in the PVA matrix; the dosage of DBSA has effects on the conductivity and electrochemical properties of the PANI/PVA composites. When the ratio of n(DBSA)/n(AN) is set to be 1.03, the conductivity of PANI compo- site membrane is up to 1.28 S/cm with the best electrochromic performance at room temperature.
