摘要
目的:分析入职体检中的实验室检查结果,为今后职业健康体检工作提供参考依据。方法:选择进行入职体检者2358例,进行血常规、尿常规、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检查,操作过程严格按照规定进行。结果:2358名体检者的红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、ALT及血小板5项检测结果的平均值均在正常值范围之内;贫血发生率为3.18%,其中男1.53%,女5.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白细胞减少发生率为0.98%;血小板的异常率为0.81%;ALT异常率为4.28%;尿常规检测的不合格率为8.18%。结论:ALT和尿常规是入职体检不合格的主要原因,血常规检测简便、快速,能有效的筛查出贫血,血细胞减少、血小板异常等症状,在入职体检中进行血常规检测也是十分有必要的。
Objective:Analysed laboratory result of orientation health check,to provide a reference basis for the work of the occupational health check-up.Method:Selected 2 358 orientation health checkers,examined blood routine,urine routine,ALT,operation process in strict accordance with the reagent and instrument instructions.Result:The average test results of red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin,platelet and ALT from 2358 orientation health checkers all within the normal range;Incidence of anemia was 3.18%,among them 1.53% in men,5.03% in women.Compared the incudence in men and women that the difference had statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total incidence of white blood cells reduce was 0.98%.Platelet abnormality rate was 0.81%.The abnormal rate of ALT was 4.28%.The percent of pass of routine urine test was 8.18%.Conclusion:The main reason for orientation health check un qualified was ALT and urine routine.Routine blood test was simple and rapid,could effectively detected anaemia,blood cells decreased,Platelet abnormalities and other symptoms,so the orientation health check of routine blood test was also very necessary.
