摘要
贵阳龙洞堡国际机场T2航站楼屋架钢结构为大跨度曲面空间网架结构,结构中部采用复杂的四叉树形柱,两侧为Y形柱,柱顶采用抗震向心关节轴承连接节点,结构形式复杂,技术要求高,施工难度大。根据工程结构特点及现场条件,网架屋盖采用滑移脚手架和局部满堂架相结合的高空散装方案。重点介绍了大跨度曲面空间结构安装精度控制措施、滑移脚手架的应用等施工工艺及通过施工过程一体化分析建造技术确定空间复杂结构最优施工方案的应用。
The roof of T2 terminal building in Guiyang Longdongbao Airport is designed as large-span surface grid structure.And complex quad-fork shaped columns are designed at the middle part,and the Y-shaped columns are design at both sides.The seismic spherical plain bearings are used to connect the roof and columns.So the structure is complex and the requirement on technology is rather strict,and the construction is difficult.Based on structural features and site conditions,in-site assembling scheme at high altitude with slipping scaffolds and local full scaffolds is adopted.At last,this paper emphasized assembling accuracy controlling,slipping scaffolds application and construction scheme of deciding the optimal construction scheme of special complex structure by integrated analysis on construction process.
