Research on Temperature Effect of Large-scale Seamless Hyperboloid Stainless Steel Curtain Wall Structure System on Hangzhou East Railway Station

摘要 系统介绍了杭州东站立面钢结构斜柱拟采用的外包大型无缝双曲面不锈钢幕墙结构体系,并对施工现场的样板体系在春、秋两季进行了应变实测,研究了由温差所导致的不锈钢面板温度应力和龙骨的内力效应,验证了该结构体系的可行性。采用有限元软件ANSYS建立样板段的幕墙面板、龙骨和主体钢结构斜柱计算模型,对其在实测温差工况下的应力、内力及变形进行了计算。实测与计算结果对比表明,幕墙面板Mises应力实测值较计算值偏大,龙骨轴力结果较接近,各测点的温度效应变化趋势相同,实测与计算结果总体吻合较好。对该样板段幕墙体系在极限温差为40℃的工况作用下的温度效应做了进一步计算,计算结果表明,幕墙面板应力未超过其屈服强度,高应力区主要集中在与塑形龙骨连接的位置。综合实测和计算结果对该幕墙体系提出了相应的改进方案。 The large-scale seamless hyperboloid stainless steel(SHSS) curtain wall structure system is adopted for envelop of steel structure column on Hangzhou East Railway Station.The strain of SHSS curtain wall template system on construction site is measured in spring and autumn,and its stress and internal force caused by temperature difference is researched.The finite element software ANSYS is employed to establish the model of SHSS curtain wall template system including stainless steel panel,keel and main structure steel column for which the stress,internal force and deformation under the condition of actual measurement temperature difference are calculated.Test research together with the simulation method shows that the measurements stress of stainless steel panel is slightly lager than the calculated results,but the keel axial forces are closer and the temperature effect changing trend of measuring points are similar.Subsequently,the temperature effect under the condition of limiting temperature difference 40℃ is further calculated for the curtain wall template system and the results indicate that the stress of stainless steel panel has not exceeded its yield strength,but the high stress areas mainly focus on the position connected with molding keel.Based on the comprehensive measurements and theoretical analysis,this paper provides the appropriate improvements for the SHSS curtain wall system.
