癌症住院患者的情绪状况与社会支持的相关性研究

Study of the effects of social support on the emotions in patients with cancer

目的探讨癌症住院患者的情绪状况及其与社会支持的相关性。方法应用社会支持量表(SSRS)、正负情绪量表(PANAS)对74例癌症住院患者和88例健康人群进行调查。结果①癌症患者的正性情绪得分均值[(15.57±5.72)分]大于负性情绪[(8.89±3.72)分],且主要集中在精神活力、心神不宁等共7个维度。②癌症患者与健康人群在客观支持分、对支持利用度得分、负性情绪得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③癌症患者的情绪总分与主观支持呈正相关;其正性情绪与社会支持总分和主观支持呈正相关(P<0.05)。④多元逐步回归分析显示:在正性情绪方面,癌症患者的主观支持可解释总变异量的11%,回归方程为:正性情绪(PA)=4.80+0.45×主观支持;在负性情绪方面,癌症患者的年龄可解释总变异量的6%,回归方程为:负性情绪(NA)=13.29-0.08×年龄。结论社会支持是患者情绪状况的重要影响因素,提高患者的主观支持度可以提高患者的正性情绪。

Objective To explore the scores of the status of emotion in patients with cancer and the impacts of social support on it.Methods 74 adult patients with cancer and 88 healthy persons were investigated by using social support rating scale（SSRS） and positive and negative affect scale（PANAS）.Results ① The mean scores of positive affect（15.57 ± 5.72） were higher than that of negative affect（8.89 ± 3.72） among the patients with cancer,and these predominant emotion subtypes were concentrated in 7 items such as enthusiasm,anxious and so on.② Compared to the people in the normal control group,patients with cancer got higher scores in negative affect but lower scores in objective social support and in the exploitation of social support（P 0.05）.③ Correlation analysis showed that the sufficient social support was positively correlated to the positive affect in the cancer patients（P 0.05,P 0.01）.④ Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that scores of subject social support could predict the variation（11%） of the positive affect with the following regression equation： the positive affect（PA） score = 4.80 ＋ 0.45 × subject social support,while for the negative affect,the age of patients could predict 6% of the variation of the negative affect with the regression equation being negative affect（NA） SCORE = 13.29-0.08 × age.Conclusion Social support plays a critical role in the regulation of the emotions in patients with cancer.Subjective social support can improve the positive affect.
