摘要
中药作用的基础是其化学物质组成。利用现代科技,阐明中药化学物质基础,实现中药现代化是中医药研究的一项重要内容。但由于中药成分复杂,这也是目前研究中的难点和关键。色谱联用技术集成了色谱和结构鉴定的光谱手段之优点,是当前最为引人注目的一种新型分析手段,对于中药复方这样复杂混合物的分析具有十分重要的意义。色谱联用技术包括气相色谱—质谱联用、气相色谱-红外光谱联用、液相色谱-质谱联用、液相色谱-核磁共振波谱联用和液相色谱与串联的核磁共振波谱、质谱、质谱联用。利用微柱液相色谱(甚至毛细管液相色谱)和大气压下接口(电喷雾接口和大气压化学电离接口)的软电离多级质谱(包括离子阱质谱、三级四级杆质谱和四级杆与飞行时间质谱的串联质谱)联用是最为引人注目的发展方向。文中以大川芎方为例对色谱-质谱联用技术的应用前景进行了初步探索。
The effects of CMM are based on their chemical composition. And it is important to identify the chemical material basis of CMM by means of high-techniques in the course of CMM modernization. The introduction of hyphenated chromatographic - spectroscopic techniques represented a substantial step-forward for Chinese herbal compound analysis. The hyphenated chromatographic -spectroscopic techniques include GC - M S, GC-FTIR, LC-MS, LC-NMR, tandem LC-NMR-MS-MS, et al. It is of good prospects for the coupling of Micro-HPLC(Capillary HPLC) with multistage soft ionization MS like ion trap (MS'), triple stage quadrupoles(MS-MS) and tandem quadrupole-Tof MS(Q-Tof) by the AP interface (ESI and APCI). The rest of the paper explored LC-MS approach on the study of da-chuan-xiong-fang.
