摘要
从管理与伦理相结合角度出发,探讨了科技人力资源管理伦理的定义、构成及功能,构建了科技人力资源管理伦理对企业绩效影响理论模型,并以北京、郑州、大连等地科技企业为调研样本,验证了科技人力资源管理伦理和企业绩效构成维度,明确了科技人力资源管理伦理对企业绩效存在正向影响,为加强企业科技人力资源管理伦理建设以实现社会公平正义、促进企业科学发展提供有力支持。
From the perspective of combining management and ethics, we explore the definition, structure and function of ethics of human resource in science and technology (HRST) management, and build a theoretical model of the impact of ethics of HRST man- agement on enterprise performance. The constitution dimension of ethics of HRST management and enterprise performance is detected based on research samples of science-and-technology enterprises in Beijing, Zhengzhou and Dalian. The positive impact of ethics of HRST management on enterprise performance is verified. It is a strong support to strengthen construction of ethics of HRST management in order to achieve social fairness and justice, to promote the rational development of the enterprise.
