摘要
以开滦集团部门绩效评价为例,论述了煤炭企业部门绩效评价指标体系、计分方法、评价结果与薪酬的链接,分析了考核体系构建与实施应注意的问题,并提出解决问题的思路等。
Based on the performance appraisals conducted in Kailuan Group as a case, the paper stated the performance ap- praisal index system, the scoring method and the interlinkage between the appraisal results and salary conducted in the depart- ments of the coal enterprise. The paper analyzed the problems noted in the establishment and practices of the examination sys- tem and provided the ideas to solve some problems.
