摘要
以区间数学规划模型为技术手段,处理企业的人力资源管理问题;将人才结构优化模型中的不确定性要素表达为区间形式,借助于两阶段交互作用算法,生成区间形式的解。模型在某煤炭企业的应用结果表明,它可为决策者建立人才管理机制提供很好的技术支持和决策依据。
Based on the interval mathematical planning model as the technical means, the paper had a study on the treatment of the human resource management issues in the enterprises. The uncertainty factor in the talents structure optimization model was expressed as the interval mode. With the interaction algorithm of the two stages, the explanation of the interval mode could be generated. The model application results of a coal enterprise showed that the model could provide good technical sup- port and the decision basis to the talents management mechanism established by the decision maker.
