探究了城市规划管理在公共安全方面的现状与不足,创新性的提出了基于环境承载力理论的城市公共安全规划管理指标评价体系,并根据评价结果给出了相关的意见和对策,以供参考。

The paper explores status and lack of urban planning and management in the public safety, innovatively proposes public safety evalua- tion index system and evaluation of planning and management based on the theory of urban environmental capacity, put forward countermeasures based on evaluation result, so as to provide references.
