本文介绍了电科院通讯所开发的电力通信网监测系统的功能指标、原理、硬件配置、网络结构及软件结构。
The Monitering and Measuring System of Telecommunication Network on Power System (MMSTNPS) has been playing important role in power system. This paper describes MMSTNPS's fundamental function, main characteristics as well as the structure of hardware and software.
