This paper introduced the management requirements of technology, materials and equipments of building energy conservation engineer- ing, elaborated the construction quality and process control main points of building energy conservation engineering, and put forward the should have prepared information, comply with standard, and conform to conditions to strengthen the quality acceptance of construction energy conserva- tion engineering, in order to achieve the overall goal of building energy efficiency.
