摘要
为校核某新型叉车机构的滚轮强度,利用应变电测实验技术,采用滑块替代方法,成功获取了滑块在超载、偏心加载等工况条件下的压力数据,为结构的强度校核提供了可靠的数据参考。
In order to check the roller intensity of a new fork truck mechanism, this paper used strain electrical measuring experiment technology, used slider alternative methods, successfully obtained the pressure data of slider under the overload, eccentric load and other working conditions, provided reliable data reference for structure strength checking.
