以物资集中采购为切入点,探讨了企业推行物资集中采购的方法与途径,分析了在采购过程中遇到的问题,指出企业采用物资集中采购,可降低采购成本并提高采购效率,值得推广。

Taking the materials centralized procurement as a breakthrough point, this paper discussed the methods and ways of implementation of centralized procurement of enterprises, analyzed the encountered problems in procurement process, pointed out adopted materials centralized pro- curement of enterprises, could reduce procurement costs and improve procurement efficiency, worthy of promotion.
