摘要
针对当前施工企业在合同管理中存在的主要问题,结合施工管理的经验,提出了施工企业有效地进行合同管理,规避合同风险,维护企业自身利益的方法,为企业的持续、健康发展提供了法律保障。
According to the main problems existing in contract management of construction enterprises, combining with the construction manage- ment experience, put forward the methods of construction enterprises to effectively carry out the contract management, avoidance of contract risk, maintenance of their own interests, provided legal guarantee for enterprise continued, healthy development.
