加味附子汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效及其对血糖水平的影响

Clinical effects of modified aconiti decoction for diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influences on the glucose level

目的探讨加味附子汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的临床疗效及其对血糖水平的影响。方法选取120例DNP患者,按照随机对照原则分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者采用加味附子汤联合基础治疗,对照组患者仅采用基础治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后腓总神经运动、腓总神经感觉、空腹血糖(FPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平的变化。结果试验组患者显效率及总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗后,试验组患者腓总神经运动传导速度较治疗前显著升高,且显著高于对照组患者治疗后;2组均未发现明显肝肾功能损害及血、尿常规改变,无临床不良反应症状。结论加味附子汤在不影响DNP患者血糖水平的情况下,可有效提高临床疗效及神经运动传导速度。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of modified aconiti decoction on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） and its influences on the glucose level. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with DPN were selected, and randomly divided into trial group and control group. The patients in the trial group were given modified aconiti decoction combined with basic treatment, while those in the control group only given basic treatment. The clinical effects and changes of common peroneal nerve function, fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate in the trial group were markedly higher than the control group. After treatment, the motor conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve of patients in the trial group conspicuously increased compared with before treatment, and markedly higher than the control group after treatment. There was no conspicuous liver and kidney damage, changes of urine routine test and clinical discomforts in both groups. Conchtsion Without affecting the glucose level in DNP patients, modified aconiti decoction can effectively improve the clinical effect and the motor nerve conduction velocity.
