氨甲环酸降低人工全膝关节置换术后失血量的有效性及安全性:前瞻性RCT研究 被引量：3

摘要 据统计，美国2005年接受TKA手术者约50万，到2030年将增加至348万。由于TKA术后失血量较大，高达67％的患者需要自体或异体输血，这意味着更高的医疗花费和更长的住院时间。
