摘要
20世纪70年代以来北洛河流域径流量和输沙量衰减,2000年以后水沙减少显著。利用1956-2006年水文系列资料,分析了北洛河上游区水沙特性变化事实,剖析了不同下垫面、不同降水条件下水沙变化,及人类活动影响前后、典型场次雨洪、水沙变化对比分析,探讨了水沙变化原因,定量估算了降水量变化和各项人类活动对径流和输沙量的影响,为探索流域水资源可持续开发利用和保护提供技术支撑。
The quantity of runoff and sediment has been attenuated in Beiluo River basin since 1970s and has been reduced significantly since 2000. By using the hydrological series of data from 1956 to 2006, the paper analyzed the feature variation of water sediment in the upstream of Beiluo River, and water and sediment variation in the condition of different underlying surfaces and precipitation, and the typical flood and water sediment variation before and after the influence of human activities. It also probed the cause of water and sediment change, quantitatively estimated the effect of precipitation change and human activi- ties on runoff and sediment. The result can provide basic technical support for the sustainable utilization and protection of water resources.
