独立性与竞争对独立董事监督作用的影响机理——以任免机制为调节变量

导出

摘要关于形式独立的危害以及竞争所提供的声誉激励,已有的研究往往将影响独立董事监督作用的其他因素作为外生变量,结果是相关理论较为单一,缺乏权变性。本文以独立董事的提名与罢免方式作为调节变量,基于跨学科理论主要分析了独立性与竞争对监督作用的影响机理。
