从心理授权的角度降低汽车销售顾问的离职倾向

摘要 伴随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,4S店的销售顾问离职率高启问题日益突出。本文立足销售顾问的工作特点,通过文献分析及现场访谈,从心理授权的视角出发,指出心理授权对销售顾问离职倾向的影响,并依据相关理论提出相应的管理建议,希望能为降低4S店销售顾问的离职率做出贡献。
