摘要
目的观察联合重组人表皮生长因子和红外线治疗仪治疗烧伤创面的效果。方法将我院2012年3月—2013年1月我院烧伤科收治的各类Ⅱ度烧伤患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组仅给予常规的红外线治疗仪照射治疗;观察组在此基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统红外线治疗仪基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子治疗对烧伤创面有着更明显的疗效,安全性高,患者接受度高,临床可选择使用。
Objective To study the effect of treating burn wound with rh-EGF combined infrared equipment to provide envidence in future work.Methods Choosed 90 patients suffered Ⅱ degree burn wound from Mar.2012 to Jan.2013 to divide into study group and controlled group with 45 cases in each other.All these two groups were treated with infrared equipment,and study group were treated with rh-EGF added.Compared the symptoms and effects of these two groups.Results There was significant different in these two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Treating burn wound with rh-EGF combined infrared equipment can receive better effects to use in clinic.
