健康教育在四肢长骨骨折护理中的应用

Application of Health Education in Nursing of Limb Long Bone Fracture

目的探讨健康教育在四肢长骨骨折患者护理中的应用效果,为提高治疗效果与生活质量提供可靠依据。方法选取2011年1月1日—2011年12月31日我院收治的66例四肢长骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,对照组33例四肢长骨骨折患者实施传统健康教育措施;研究组33例四肢长骨骨折患者给予改良健康教育措施。观察并记录两组患者并发症发生情况、住院时间、护理满意度评分、护患纠纷发生情况、。结果研究组患者并发症发生率为30.3%,明显低于对照组的78.8%;研究组患者住院时间为(24.37±2.24)d、护理满意度平分为(95.23±2.11)分、护患纠纷发生率为0;明显优于对照组患者住院时间(33.98±2.89)d、护理满意度平分为(84.52±1.97)分、护患纠纷发生率9.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对四肢长骨骨折患者在进行常规临床护理的同时,给予必要的健康教育措施,能够有效降低患者并发症发生率,显著缩短患者住院治疗时间,提高对临床护理工作的满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率,最终提高患者临床护理效果与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Explore the application effect of health education in nursing of patients with fracture of the long bones of limbs,to improve the therapeutic result of patients and the quality of life and provide a reliable basis.Methods This will be to our hospital from January 1,2011 to December 31,2011 the clinical group study of 66 patients with long bone fracture,33 cases in the control group received traditional measures of health education in patients with long bone fracture;Research group gives the improvement measures of health education for 33 patients with long bone fractures.Observe and record the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction scores,nurse-patient dispute cases,complications,hospitalization time,give statistical analysis,draw the conclusion.Results The study group：the limbs long bone fracture patients complication rate was 30.3%,significantly lower than the control group limb long bone fracture patients complication rate was 78.8% ;The average time of long bone fracture patients was（24.37 ± 2.24） days,nursing satisfaction divided into（95.23 ± 2.11）,nurse-patient dispute rate was 0.0%,significantly better than the control group bone patients hospitalization time was（33.98 ± 2.89） days,nursing satisfaction divided into（84.52 ± 1.97）,the rate of nurse-patient conflicts who was 9.1%,two groups of patients the results with statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion The patients in routine clinical care of the long bone fracture,given health education measures necessary,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the treatment time in patients,improve patient satisfaction with clinical nursing work,reduce nurse-patient dispute,and ultimately improve the effect of clinical nursing care and quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
