B型超声随访几种常用节育器的宫内变化

B-mode ultrasound follow-up intrauterine changes of several commonly used IUD

目的通过置环术后B型超声随访,监测节育器形状及在子宫内的位置,探讨几种常用节育环的优劣。方法对2009年1月-2011年12月置环后行B型超声随访的4282例育龄妇女进行常规盆腔探查。结果 MCU375在1年内及≥1年的下移率及受孕率均最高,吉妮环在1年内及≥1年的下移率及受孕率最低。结论节育环作为一种异物均有不良作用,临床医师需根据育龄妇女的具体情况选择合适的节育环,以尽量减少不良反应及并发症带来的痛苦。

Objective To monitor the uterus shape and position of IUD by B-mode ultrasound follow-up after eonfigu- rator surgery, and explore the pros and cons of several commonly used IUD. Methods Given routine pelvic exploration to 4282 cases women of childbearing age from January 2009 to December 2011 that had B-mode ultrasound follow-up after configurator surgery. Results MCU375 had the highest downward movement rate and pregnancy rate in a year and ≥ 1 year, Jeanne ring had the lowest downward movement rate and pregnancy rate in a year and ≥ 1 year. Conclusion Ring as a foreign to body has adverse effects, clinicians need to choose appropriate ring according to the specific circumstances of women of childbearing age, to minimize adverse reactions and pain caused by complications.
