情感性精神障碍患者血浆精氨酸加压素水平的观察

Plasma arginine vasopressin concentration in the patients with affective disorders

目的 观察情感性精神障碍患者血浆精氨酸加压素 (AVP)的水平。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 17例躁狂症患者、18例抑郁症患者及 2 1名正常对照者的血浆AVP水平。结果 躁狂症组[(99± 43)ng/L]及抑郁症组 [(6 4± 33)ng/L]血浆AVP水平均低于对照组 [(2 5 0± 6 9)ng/L],差异有非常显著性 (t=7 86 ,t=10 44 ,P均 <0 0 1) ;抑郁症组AVP水平低于躁狂症组 ,差异有非常显著性(t=2 71,P <0 0 1)。结论 抑郁症、躁狂症患者的AVP水平均低于正常。

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma arginine vasopressin (AVP) level and affective disorders Methods Plasma AVP level was measured with radioimmunoassay in 17 manic patients and 18 depression patients and 21 normal controls Results Compared with normal controls [(250±69) ng/L], the plasma AVP level in depression patients [(64±33) ng/L] and that in manic patients [(99±43) ng/L] significantly decreased (P<0 01) The plasma AVP level was lower in depression patients than that in manic patients (t=2 71,P<0 01) Conclusion The plasma AVP level is lower in the patients with affective disorders than that in normal controls.
