摘要 目的 :观察体外循环心肺转流 (CPB)期间脑氧耗与脑糖利用相关性及尼莫地平对其影响。方法 :35例心脏直视手术病人随机分为对照组 (n =15 )和观察组 (n =2 0 )。监测CPB期间不同时期的桡动脉和颈内静脉上球部PaO2 、PjO2 、SaO2 、SjO2 及血糖 (G)的变化 ,并分析Ca jO2 与Ga j的关系。结果 :两组Ca jO2 与Ga j于CPB期间均进行性下降 ,与术前有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;观察组Ga j于CPB期间显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且与Ca jO2 呈直线性相关 (r =0 475 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,对照组 (r =0 2 11,P >0 0 5 )则无相关。结论 Objective:To evaluate the effect of nimodipine on cerebral oxygen comsumption and glucose metabolism during CPB.Methods:Thirty five patients scheduled for cardiac surgery with CPB were divided randomly into control group( n= 15) and treatment group( n= 20).PO 2,PjO 2,SaO 2,SjO 2 and blood glucose were measured and Ca jO 2,Ga j were calculated.Results:Ca jO 2 and Ga j were reduced significantly during CPB in two groups,but the Ga j of treatment group was higher than that of control group ( P< 0 05).In the treatment group,Ga j was correlated linearly with Ca jO 2( r= 0 475 P< 0 05).Conclusion:Nimodipine may improve the cerebral aerobic oxidation of glucose during CPB.
