Determination of Generating System Reliability Criterion-Using Method of Dynamic Generation Planning

本文用随机生产模拟的累积量法和动态优化方法分析确定发电系统规划的年总费用最小点的可靠性指标,并进行了各种因素变化对最小费用点可靠性指标影响的灵敏度分析,在此基础上提出了例系统技术经济上合理的可靠性标准。

This paper calculates the reliability indices of generating system corresponding to the point with minimum cost using the method of probabilistic production simulation and dynamic optimization, meanwhile, performs sensitivity analysis to various factors which may affect the LOLP. On the basis of above, the paper determines the criterion of the sample generating system reliability index LOLP.
