以煤定电原则下电力系统经济调度方法

Power System Economic Dispatch in Terms of Generation Fuel

本文提出一种以发电燃料(或发电成本)为约束条件的新的经济调度方法。用此方法安排调度计划,可以充分利用仅有的燃料获得最大效益,是贯彻以煤定电原则,加强计划用电,最大限度地节约能源的一种较为有效的方法。

A new economic dispatch approach is presented in this paper. Because it' s subject to generation fuel or cost, this approach is suitable for the system in which there is not enough fuel to be used for generation. The result of calculation for example system proves that doing dispatch schedule with this approach can utilize fully the fuel for the most power.
