膏方对冬季女子赛艇运动员免疫机能的影响

Effects of Herbal Paste on Immune Function of Female Rowers during Winter Training

目的:评价中药膏方对冬季女子赛艇运动员免疫机能的影响。方法:选择同一队14名17～19岁的专业赛艇女运动员,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组在冬训期每日按时服用中药膏方,对照组予常规膳食。监测每组运动员冬训前后外周血淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及自然杀伤细胞(NK)、自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)。结果:观察组冬训后CD3+、CD4+、NKT较冬训前明显上升(P<0.01,P<0.05),而CD8+、NK无明显改变;对照组冬训后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NKT均无明显改变,而NK明显下降(P<0.01)。在CD3+、CD4+、NKT及NK方面,观察组冬训后均优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药膏方对冬季女子赛艇运动员免疫机能有积极的改善作用。

Objective ： To investigate the effects of herbal paste on immunity of the female rowers during winter training. Methods： Fourteen professional women rowers aged 17-19 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The athletes of the observation group took herbal paste during the whole winter training period,and the control group did not. The counts of CD3 ＋,CD4 ＋,CD8 ＋,NK and NKT cells in the athletes ’ peripheral blood were monitored and the results were compared. Results ： After the winter training, the counts of CD3 ＋,CD4＋ and NKT of the observation group were increased significantly compared with the control group （P 〈0. 01 orP〈O.05）, and no significant difference was found in CD8 ＋ cells and NK cells. No significant difference was found in the counts of CD3 ＋,CD4 ＋,CD8 ＋ and NKT of the control group,and NK was decreased significantly （P 〈0.01）. After the winter training, CD3 ＋,CD4＋ , NKT and NK of the observation group were superior to that of the controls （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Herbal paste has positive effect on immune function of the female rowers.
