生肌玉红膏对大鼠糖尿病足溃疡RNA基因表达的影响

Effects of “Shengji Yuhong Ointment”on RNA Expression in Rats with Ulcer Diabetic Foot

目的:观察生肌玉红膏对大鼠糖尿病足溃疡RNA基因表达的影响。方法:选用Wistar大鼠60只,制备糖尿病足(Wagner溃疡2级)动物模型,按随机数字表法分为中药组和模型组,每组30只。两组大鼠足部溃疡处分别予生肌玉红膏和生理盐水局部外用,每2天换药1次;治疗30d后,取大鼠足组织标本,应用miRCURYTM芯片检测各组标本基因表达谱,比较分析基因表达谱差异。结果:与模型组比较,中药组有20个基因表达上调,4个基因表达下调。结论:生肌玉红膏可调控糖尿病足大鼠的部分差异基因表达。

Objective ： To observe the effect of “ Shengji Yuhong Ointment” on RNA expression in rats with ulcer diabetic feet. Methods ： Sixty Wistar rats with diabetic foot （ Wagner grade II ） were randomly divided into TCM group and model group by random number table, 30 rats in each group. The rats in TCM group were treated with “Shengji Yuhong Ointment”,and rats in model group were treated with NS externally. Change their dressing every 2 days,and the tissue samples were observed after 30 days. The gene expression profiles in each group were detected by miRCURYTM chip inspection and the difference between them was analyzed, Results ： Compare with the control group, expression of 20 genes in TCM group was up-regulated, and expression of 4 genes was down-regulated. Conclusion： “ Shengji Yuhong Ointment” can regulate and control the differential expression of some genes in rats with diabetic foot.
