摘要
分别以氢氧化铈及其在100℃、200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃和600℃的焙烧产物为吸附剂,考察它们对磷酸根的吸附效果,并将它们分别进行TG和XRD分析。根据不同焙烧产物的热重曲线,按CeOx(OH)4-2x计算出不同温度焙烧产物的分子式。结果表明,氢氧化铈中的羟基对磷酸根的吸附起到重要作用。随着焙烧温度的升高;氢氧化铈中的羟基逐渐减少,氢氧化铈的吸附量在逐渐降低。当焙烧温度为600℃时,氢氧化铈转化为二氧化铈,对磷酸根不再有吸附性。
Abstract: The adsorption effect of cerium hydroxide and its calcined products at 100 ℃ ,200 ℃ ,300 ℃ ,400 ℃ ,500 ℃ and 600 ℃ on phosphate adsorption were investigated, and all the ad-sorbents were characterized by thermogravimety(TG) and X -ray diffraction(XRD). The molecular formulas of products calcined at different temperature were calculated according to the pattern of CeOx (OH)4-2x based on TG analysis. The results showed that hydroxyl group played an important role in the phosphate adsorption. With the temperature increasing, the number of hydroxyl group and the adsorptive capacity of hydrous cerium oxides decreased. When it went up to 600 ℃, cerium hydroxide lost its capability of adsorption and converts into cerium oxide.
