手部指屈肌腱损伤修复治疗的临床观察

目的对本院手部指屈肌腱损伤修复手术临床疗效进行观察,根据结果对津下氏双套圈(Tsuge)法和改良Kessler法两种缝合方法进行评价。方法回顾近三年本院进行的72例手部指屈肌肌腱损伤修复手术,观察实施津下双套圈修复术(A组)和实施改良Kessler缝合修补术(B组)的治疗修复效果及患者满意度。结果 A组术后优良率为88.9%,对照组为91.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者满意度为89.2%,B组患者满意度为91.8%;差异无统计学意义(P>0.05。结论津下氏双套圈缝合法和改良Kessler法修补手部屈肌肌腱断裂均效果显著,患者满意率较高,均是较为理想的手部指屈肌腱的缝合方法,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To evaluate the Tsuge method and the modificated Kessler method according to the Treatment outcome on hand flexor tendon injury. Methods Reviewing the Treatment outcomes of 72 cases of hand flexor tendon injury repair surgeries in the past three years. Observing the Treatment outcome and the patients＇ satisfaction rates by Tsuge method （ group A） and the implementation of modifieated Kessler method （ group B） respectively. Results The efficient of the groupA was 88.9%, the efficient of group B was 91.6%, The differenee was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; The patients＇ satisfaction rates in group A was 89. 2% , B group was 91.8% ; The differenee was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tsuge method and the modifieated Kessler method are all clinically effective and highly appreciate by patients. They are all efficient suture method and worth promoting.
