改良巩膜切除术治疗恶性青光眼的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of modified resection of the posterior sclera in the treatment of malignant glaucoma

目的探讨改良巩膜切除术治疗恶性青光眼的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院收治的38例恶性青光眼患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取改良巩膜切除术治疗,观察治疗前后患者的视力、眼压、前房深度及并发症。结果治疗后患者的视力、眼压以及前房深度均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2例患者出现前房出血,1例患者出现瘢痕性滤过泡。结论采用改良巩膜切除术治疗恶性青光眼临床疗效好,并发症少,操作较为简便,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified resection of the posterior sclera in the treatment of malignant glaucoma. Methods A retrospective analysis about the clinical data of 38 cases of ma- lignant glaucoma patients in our hospital was operated, all patients were treated by resection of the posterior sclera, observed visual acuity, intraoeular pressure, anterior chamber depth and complications before and after treatment. Results After treatment, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth are better than before treatment, there was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. 2 patients occurred anterior chamber bleeding, 1 patients occurred scar bleb after treatment. Conclusion Taking modified resection of the posterior sclera in the treatment of malignant glaucoma has good clinical efficacy, fewer complications, and the operation is simple, so it is worthy of further clinical application.
