合理膳食对慢加急性肝衰竭并发症的发生临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究中观察干预组和对照组对慢加急性肝衰竭患者并发症(肝性脑病、上消化道出血、肠道感染)发生率的差异。方法患者入院后首先根据肝功能异常、白蛋白≤35g/L、凝血酶原活动≤40%及体质量减轻等项目,进行营养风险评估,如果评分≥5分,患者存在营养风险,根据患者个体差异制定合理的饮食计划,确保机体各种营养素需要,而对照组不进行饮食干预,两组基础治疗用药相同,连续观察4周。结果干预组发生﹙肝性脑病、上消化道出血、肠道感染﹚并发症机率明显低于对照组,缩短了住院日。结论合理膳食可降低慢性加急性肝衷竭开发症的发生,值得临床推广。
