摘要
从西洋参 Panax quinquefolius L.果中分得 4个化合物 ,经理化常数和波谱数据测定 ,分别为 β- D-吡喃木糖基 - (1→ 6 ) - α- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 - (1→ 6 ) - β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 ( ) ,人参皂苷 - Ra1 ( ) ,2 0 (R) -人参皂苷 - Rg3( ) ,拟人参皂苷 - RT5 ( )。 为首次分得的新化合物 ,其余为首次从该植物果中分得。
Four compounds were isolated from the fruit of Panax quinquefolius L They were identified as 20 (R) ginsenoside Rg 3(Ⅲ), ginsenoside Ra 1(Ⅱ), pseudo ginsenoside RT 5(Ⅳ) and a new compound named quinquetriose (Ⅰ) Its structure was established as β D xylopyranosyl (1→6) α D glucopyranosyl (1→6) β D glucopyranoside, on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidences
